Job Description

  • In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all the office equipment, run company errands.

    Responsibilities

  • Overseeing clerical activities for the company.

  • Running errands for the company.

  • Manage records, budgets, and contracts.

  • Supervise the office properties and equipments.

  • Report to the general manager with proper reports.

  • Attend to the issues of customers.

  • Other administrative duties as required by the management.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Administration or any other related field.

  • Little or no prior experience in office assistant and administration.

    Requirements:

  • Little or no prior work experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Very proactive and ready to work

    Salary

  • N30,000 - N50,000 monthly.
