Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Two (2) years experience as Hotel Receptionist
  • Two (2) years experience in Front Office Management
  • Certificate in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good Customer Care Skills
  • Team Player and Builder
  • Has communication Proficiency
  • Performance and Goal Oriented
  • Must demonstrate ability to prepare Reports
  • Must demonstrate full understanding of all aspects of Hotel Operations
