Siginon Group ICT Business Systems Analyst - Mombasa Jobs in Kenya; Reporting to the ICT Business Systems Manager, the job holder will be responsible for performing ICT systems analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper systems specifications. The role coordinates the implementation of identified and approved process improvements, enhancements, and controls in existing ICT systems or new systems in collaboration with customers, business process owners, ICT personnel, vendors, and consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Train, lead, and provide technical guidance to user departments and ICT staff on business systems analysis.

  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements; consult with departments to identify areas for automation and process improvement.

  • Provide recommendations on new or enhanced systems, software, upgrades, and modifications.

  • Participate in developing strategic plans for systems/applications development.

  • Act as project lead over moderate/large business automation projects; develop and monitor budgets and resources.

  • Assign and direct project team members across multiple IT disciplines to ensure compliance with schedule and specifications.

  • Coordinate activities of contract personnel and vendors; resolve obstacles to progress.

  • Design and direct project testing and quality assurance processes.

  • Conduct user training sessions; develop and update user documentation, guides, and manuals.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive business efficiency.

  • Design, develop, and maintain reporting and business intelligence solutions.

  • Maintain system access controls and authorization matrices in compliance with ICT policy.

  • Perform periodic business systems security audits to guarantee data integrity and reliability.

  • Ensure full
    implementation of internal audit recommendations on business systems.

    Education, Professional Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.

  • Relevant professional certifications (SAP, SAP BYD, CBAP, Data Analytics, PMI).

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent knowledge of system development life cycle.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.

  • KCSE Minimum C (plain).
