Minimum Requirements
• Certificate, diploma or degree in agriculture, horticulture or agricultural extension
• Understanding of good agronomic practices
• Experience in on-farm crop extension.
• Track record of at least 3 years experience of successful farmer training/extension, working with farmer groups that leads to improved productivity and profitability.
• Sales experience an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work under minimal supervision.
• Valid motorcycle riding license

This will focus on delivering commercially sustainable farmer training and farm visits by technically qualified professionals.

Each technical field professional will be in charge of specified regions and contribute to Sidai's commercial KPIs.

• Valid motorcycle riding license

• Practical livestock or crop husbandry experience
• Sales experience an advantage
• Supervisory and territory management experience
• Valid driving license
