Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a plan to create demand and achieve revenue growth

  • Coordination, monitoring and supervision of daily revenue collection within the ward.

  • Allocating and assigning duties to the staff within their areas of jurisdiction.

  • Maintain schedule for revenue sources within the wards to ensure revenue is collected effectively and efficiently.

  • Submission of statutory reports(daily/weekly/monthly/yearly)

  • Ensure that only genuine and authorized county receipts are issued

  • Preform any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

    Requirements for Appointment

    For appointment to this post, a candidate must: -

  • Be a Kenyan Citizen

  • Be a holder of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or Kenya Certificate of Education (KCE) or its equivalent.

  • Be a holder of a computer proficiency certificate;

  • Meet requirement of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
