Siaya County Public Service Board Bursary Fund Manager Jobs in Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities

Reports to Bursary Fund Administrator

Coordinate to the Bursary Committee

Secretary vetting of bursary beneficiaries at Ward level

Keep all the records relating to bursary funds

Head of the Bursary Secretariat

Coordinated the external audit for bursary funds

Ensure books of accounts are properly maintained

Prepare financial statements and reports as prescribed i~ PSASB

Requirements for Appointment

Bachelor's degree in Business related course

Four years’ relevant experience in Public Finance Management

Analytical skills and proficiency in use of computer

Must be CPA (K) and registered member of ICPAK

Additional Requirements

All applicants are expected to attach copies of the following additional documents

Tax compliance certificates

Clearance from HELB where necessary

Clearance from the Ethics and anti- corruption commission

Clearance from the CRB.

Certificate of Good Conduct from the police
