Responsibilities

IT network administration, systems support and customer support

Installation, configuration and testing of equipment, defining network policies and procedures, establishing connections and firewalls.

Diagnosing and fixing problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software and systems.

Analyzing network performance and breakdowns of systems and peripheral equipment.

Creating and maintaining user connectivity and creating user accounts based on organizations protocol and standards.

Computer system maintenance both hardware and software

Resolving user problems and offer help desk services and support to computer users

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing & Switching certification (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

Two (2) years’ experience in similar position in busy IT department in a financial institution
