Job DescriptionShemu Group is a conglomerate companies composed of Shemu PLC, Asveza Ethiopia Share Company and other functional private limited and share companies with a fast growth track record.
The Companies in the group engaged in manufacturing (liquid soap, bar soap, Edible oil and shortening products), retail service providing, printing, trading and engineering.
Based on this our sister Company, Asveza Ethiopia Retailing Share Company want to hire competent, energetic, enthusiastic and capable applicants for the post we have.
Major Responsibilities
The Warehouse Shop supervisor role is to direct receiving, stacking and distribution operations.
He/She oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
Ultimately, He/She should be able to ensure delivery targets are achieved and that all warehouse Shop processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Job Requirements
Diploma in logistics, supply chain management or business administration or related fields having 5 years in a similar role or B.A. in a similar role 2 year experience.
work experience in warehouse or distribution area
Expertise in warehouse/shop management procedures and best practices
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
Leadership skills and ability manage staff
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
