A Leading international Manufacturer of Automobiles, Buses, Trucks and Motorcycles is seeking to fill the following Position

Position: Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Job Description:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing the company’s products; compiling and providing the sales manager with appropriate information; planning, coordinating and controlling the daily activities regarding commercial and technical sales matters; handling customer complaints; setting sales targets and carrying out sales forecasts and territory planning for the department.

Roles / Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets assigned by the management;

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;

Negotiate/close deals and handle customer’s complaints or objections;

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;

Working

closely with the dealers &channel partners;

Support in any other task as directed by management,

Skills & Qualifications;

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business-related field

2-5 years work experience.

Ability to fluently communicate in English & Kiswahili.

Training skills to impart technical knowledge to others

Problem solving and fix it right first-time attitude.

Must maintain a professional appearance

Willing to travel

Working in a similar industry is an added advantage.

Location: Nairobi & Mombasa

Remuneration: Competitive retainer + commission
