Sheer Logic Plant Administrator Jobs in Kenya;The Plant Administrator will support efficient administrative, financial, logistics, and operational activities at the manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role coordinates dispatch, manages driver allowances and fuel administration, ensures accurate financial reconciliations, supports compliance, and oversees day‑to‑day site administration.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate product dispatch activities and required documentation.

  • Process trip allowances and fuel requests for drivers.

  • Allocate trucks and drivers.

  • Ensure accurate completion of delivery notes, weighbridge tickets, and consignment documents.

  • Maintain ERP records to support invoicing and inventory control.

    Driver Allowances & Fuel Management

  • Process daily driver trip allowances.

  • Manage fuel allocation requests and reconcile consumption.

  • Monitor fuel efficiency and investigate anomalies.

  • Ensure timely processing of allowance payments.

  • Maintain records of allowances and fuel disbursements.

    Dispatch & Mileage Reporting

  • Prepare dispatch and mileage reports.

  • Reconcile reports and resolve variances.

  • Maintain fuelling, mileage, and trip records.

  • Support logistics and finance reporting.

    Financial Reporting & Petty Cash

  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of plant balance sheet schedules.

  • Manage petty cash disbursements and reconciliations.

  • Coordinate with Chief Accountant
    and Plant Manager on reporting.

  • Prepare payment requests and liaise with Head Office for approvals.

    Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely fulfilment of statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain compliance documentation and permits.

  • Liaise with regulators and monitor compliance deadlines.

    Administration & Worker Supervision

  • Manage plant leave calendar.

  • Coordinate correspondence with Head Office.

  • Supervise general and casual workers, including outsourced staff.

  • Ensure administrative actions are completed on time.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related field.

  • CPA certification required.

  • Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Experience in dispatch coordination, driver allowances, fuel administration, and logistics.

  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems an advantage.

  • Knowledge of dispatch/accounting systems such as Soradius desirable.
