Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing plans tailored to the market.

Lead demand creation agenda, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Drive direct‑to‑consumer strategies and execute global brand innovations locally.

Ensure quality and consistency of execution across all consumer touchpoints.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop impactful brand assets and content.

Lead digital marketing agenda, delivering engaging consumer experiences and campaigns.

Drive consumer insights, brand activation, and in‑market experiential events.

Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimise campaign spending.

Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of proven experience in marketing/demand creation within consumer goods.

Strong expertise in digital marketing channels and tactics (social media, SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, content marketing).

Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing plans.

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (customer development, R&D, finance, agencies).

Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.

Skills

Strategic thinking and demand generation expertise.

Brand building and storytelling capability.

Digital marketing mastery and e‑commerce/D2C experience.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
