Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with customer acquisition and onboarding processes (KYC and customer education on top‑up).
Collaborate with Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in assigned area.
Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding.
Recover devices from non‑compliant customers.
Provide first‑level support with on‑ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved at first level.
Escalate network issues.
Collate daily target achievement.
Track and analyse monthly trends within assigned markets.
Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews.
Prepare ad‑hoc reports as required.
Monitor and report competitor activities.
Provide customer insights, identify and suggest products or services that meet customer needs.
Plan and execute on‑ground marketing initiatives (road shows, estate storms, mall activations).
Qualifications
Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
Understanding of telecom/fixed wireless trends is an added advantage.
1+ years outdoor sales experience, preferably in telecom (not mandatory).
Commercial acumen – understanding competition landscape, devices offered, packages, commission schemes.
Tech savvy – knowledge of solutions across 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport quickly.
Valid Kenya motorbike riding license.
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
