Shamberere Technical Training Institute Computing & Informatics Department - Trainers Jobs in Kenya


The Trainers; will undertake teaching and training responsibilities in the Hospitality and Institutional Management Department, ensuring curriculum delivery, practical supervision, and compliance with TVETA standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake training in areas of specialization in accordance with the curriculum.

  • Prepare teaching/learning materials and lesson plans.

  • Set and mark assessments.

  • Carry out research work under the guidance of a senior trainer.

  • Supervise trainees’ projects and practical work.

  • Supervise trainees on attachment.

  • Perform any other duties assigned.

    Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in the advertised discipline.

  • Pedagogy in Education and TVETA Registration (mandatory).

  • Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience.

  • Registration with a professional body or association (where applicable).

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
