Job Description

Role Objective

  • Senselet Food Processing is a start-up company, looking for ambitious, eager-to-learn and talented employees who want to take responsibility and accountability in supply chain administration.

  • As the Supply Chain Administrator, your main purpose will be to continuously improve the performance, efficiency and effectiveness of all supply chain activities.

  • You will be responsible for tracking input and document delivery with factory team, chasing overdue items and invoices from suppliers and closely working with finance team on processing payments and timely document alignment

    Specific Responsibilities

  • To Assist the Supply Chain Manager in the achievement of company

  • Objectives and KPI's

  • Chasing suppliers for overdue items

  • Create smooth working process and documentation with finance team

  • To ensure all documents relating to supply chain process are retained in accordance
    with the company's quality requirements

  • Ensure all payment processes done in time

  • Effectively communicate and inform risks within the business upfront to suppliers

  • Additional tasks necessary to support the function of the department given by supervisor

    Job Requirements

    Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; a relevant degree in accounting, finance or business administration.

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.

  • Experience within Supply Chain/Procurement is preferable

  • Data literacy – strong numerical reasoning
    Strong attention to detail.

  • Capable of working under pressure and able to prioritize. Able to meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and basic accounting software packages.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with a good command of Excel.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English (other language fluency a plus).

  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
