Senior Sales Supervisor Job Responsibilities
Sales:

Meet customer wise monthly Targets

Meet SKU wise monthly targets

Ensuring timely payment collections & recovery of any debts.

Establish distributor numbers (indirect distribution) required in each territory and also the infra requirement like investments, DFs, distribution units, and salesmen.

Ensure stability of vending operations with adequate vendors & distributors

Maintain territory wise the desired active retail accounts.

Ensure coverage of all outlets as per day routes- SRs & PJPs of the SS

Ensure new outlet activation targets are met.

Establish coverage, Distribution and Display objectives in line with Business Plan
Monitor each outlet’s billing frequency and achieve 100% billing every month.

Ensure minimal damages of products as per stocking & display norms.

Execute all the marketing and brand activities as per marketing plans.

Patiently handle customer complaints & requirements with timely resolutions.

Maintain daily coverage norms of outlet visits with efficiency on call completion & productivity

Adherence of Co policies.

Ensure 30% of outlets in all routes are visited and train Team with field accompaniments.

Ensure that the budgeted manpower is maintained

in territory across the year

Track thru Field Assist (sfa) all in-outlet executions, including orders

Maintain and review with team the daily outlet wise Tgt vs Achvmnt data.

Keep track of Co assets- freezers and submit monthly MIS

Regularly up-date your immediate supervisor on all market developments and Opportunities.

Report on competitor activities.

Qualifications for the Senior Sales Supervisor Job

7-10 years of experience FMCGs or with ice cream brands

Good geographical knowledge of Nairobi
Channel management exposure

Soft skills- good communication, hands-on, eager to learn, energetic & highly mobile.

Excellent knowledge of Excel on computers.
