Job Description

An excellent upmarket contemporary dining Restaurant in Pretoria is looking for a Strong, Creative, Senior Restaurant Chef who has a stable proven track record in this arena.

Good Front of House and Kitchen Management skills.

Able to run and manage a busy Pass during service is KEY.

Great Plating and presentation skills. Ability to solve problems.

Great Cooking Skills.

Good with people (Staff and Guests).

The vacancy will be available from 15 January (Contingent on lockdown regulations at the time relating to curfew hours and the sale of alcohol.)

Qualifications

Professional Cookery Diploma essential.

Skills

Hands-On.

Pro-Active.

Good Kitchen Management, Able to manage a busy pass, Hands-On Operator.

Able to work evenings and weekends.

Experienced in busy restaurants.
