Job Description

  • Works closely with the Logistics and Facilities Head and the store keepers under his/her supervision in implementing an efficient stores management operation.

    Among others, his/her responsibilities are:

  • Ensuring material stocks are within the set threshold at all times

  • Ensuring procurement is effected before the reorder level is passed

  • Ensuring the security of customer goods

  • Ensuring proper operational and security procedures are followed in all stores

  • Ensuring equipment used in stores are in order at all times

  • Coordinating store ins and outs by liaising with the relevant work units

  • Regularly producing reports for the benefit of middle level management.

  • Coordinating the efforts of the workers under his/her supervision.

  • Engage with packers and movers for an efficient and safe storing of customer goods.

  • Involving in daily stores operation wherever and whenever there is staff shortage

  • Handling administrative matters associated with the position.

  • Carry out similar to the above activities whenever instructed by his/her supervisor.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications, Skills, competence or any requirement for the position

  • Bachelor’s degree required , preferably in Logistics and supply chain management and related field of studies.

  • More than Four Years out of which 2 in senior level experience is required

  • Effective communication skill

  • Result Oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills
