Seeking Scholarship

I am astudent at one of the universities (Bishop Stuart University) which is located in Mbarara Uganda. Can I get a scholarship while at the local university. I have been funding myself, but due to some financiail crisis in the country, I need help to complete my course of Bachelor of Information Technology.
