Seeking Scholarship for PhD

One of the faculty is ready to offer me a project at university of Queensland. But, since the university scholarship is too competitive I have less chance of getting scholarship that covers me living expenses, tuition fee. I am looking for scholarship that can cover my tuition fee, living expenses.
