Seed Co Kenya Marketing Officer Jobs in Kenya; Seed Co Kenya is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Marketing Officer. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, the Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing initiatives that drive demand creation, strengthen the Seed Co brand, support customer engagement, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and activity calendar.

  • Coordinate farmer field days, exhibitions, demonstrations and channel activation programmes.

  • Manage product launches, promotional campaigns and brand activation activities.

  • Coordinate digital marketing activities and monitor campaign performance.

  • Prepare market research and monitor activities and competitor analysis.

  • Prepare and execute the marketing budget and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

  • Coordinate advertising, promotions and customer communication activities.

  • Support the sales team in implementing brand management activities.

  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (OHSE) requirements.

  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing and brand management.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum three (3) years’ relevant work experience, including in professional marketing.

  • Professional qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage.
