Secours Islamique France Logistics Officer Jobs in Kenya

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement, purchasing requests, and supplier contracts in line with SIF and donor procedures.

Oversee inventories, storage, asset/equipment tracking, and Goods Received Notes.

Coordinate fleet operations including vehicles, drivers, travel, accommodation, and maintenance.

Ensure office, guesthouse, and warehouse facilities are functional, secure, and well maintained.

Supervise drivers and support staff, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards.

Prepare and submit Monthly Logistics Reports (MLR) and support procurement planning.

Requirements

University degree in Procurement, Logistics, or Business Administration.

Minimum 3 years’ relevant NGO experience.

Professional certification in procurement/supply chain (mandatory).

Prior experience managing teams and building staff capacity.

Strong planning, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure in cross‑cultural environments.

Fluency in English and Kiswahili.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
