School Administrator, Kindergarten & Primary School, Meru

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 7-10 years (part in senior position) of experience as a School Administrator or HeadTeacher or experience in Office/Business Administration or Program Management in private sector or NGO institutions;
  • Experience with procurement processes, human resource management, book keeping, basic budgeting, stores management and logistics;
  • University Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration or Education;
  • Other professional courses and/or experience are an added advantage - Project Management, Logistics or public administration.

    Key skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; A Team leader; operations management; dynamic and motivated individual keen on continuous improvement and operational excellence;
  • excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
