Scholarships for Uganda

Whenever I get information on my email about scholarships, I try my best to follow procedures but reaching on the extend of selecting my country of citizenship, it is never found on the list. Is it not entitled for scholarships?

Uganda is entitled to receiving scholarship just like any other country does and especially because it is a developing country. There are available scholarship to apply for funding as a Ugandan. Though am not sure of the kind of course you would like to take up, let me name a few just to assure you that they exist.
