Scholarships for Post Conflict Management

I am asking the above question basing on the fact that I have taken over one year trying to apply for a scholarship but have not succeeded.


I live in Sri Lanka an Highly interesting on the Post conflict development process in Sri Lanka,I have a Masters Degree in Development Studies and would like to get a PHD in Post Conflict Development.

What would be the best way of achieving my ambitions? I am a graduate of University Ruhuna Sri Lanka (Sociology, Geography and Archeology) Hoping to hear from you,
