Scholarship to study in own country

I would like to find out whether it is possible for me to find a scholarship to study in my own country. I have been admitted at one of the local private universities for a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Journalism and Mass communication.

Classes are scheduled to start on 20th July, 2015. Are there good samaritans to bail me out of the fees problem?
