Scholarship to Pursue Undergraduate Degree

I have a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and I would like to pursue an undergraduate degree in Computer Science to enable me move my career to the IT world where I have seen my real passion lies. I would like to study in a local university in Uganda or an on-line course which will allow me to study as I meet my other obligations here at home in Uganda.
