Scholarship on Sports Administration

Does Advance Africa provide scholarship on Sports Administration & Business because I have been given an opportunity to do a part-time course on Sports Administration and Sports Business Management with both courses costing approximately US$3,000. I would be very much indebted if I got a scholarship to do these two courses.
