I am kindly writing to request for a scholarship form. I am a student at Dr Romanus Kampungu Senior Secondary School currently in grade 12 specializing in Mathematics and Science. I would like to pursue a professional Commercial Pilot at the University of Phoenix East Aviation in US. When offered a scholarship I will abide to the conditions and terms thereof.
