Scholarship for People with Lower GPA

I have been offered a place at the University of East Anglia for the academic year 2015 - 2016 to pursue a MSc degree on Impact Evaluation for International Development. However, I was offered no scholarship and I cannot afford living expenses and tuition fee in the UK. Furthermore, my GPA is lower second class (2.9 GPA)but I have five years working experience. I would like therefore to ask if there are scholarship opportunities for the people who attained lower GPA like mine to pursue post graduate studies.
