Scholarship for African Student in Lesotho

I am a University of Botswana student from Lesotho pursuing a degree in Mining Engineering. They do not offer the degree programme and they will send their students to study in Missouri at the University of Science and Technology. I have difficulties finding a sponsor in my country to send me with the rest of the students. Am I eligible to get a sponsorship?
