Can I apply for a scholarship for my daughter who is in Kenya Methodist university?

You cannot apply a scholarship on behalf of someone else because if in any way you violate the sponsors policy , it could lead to automatic disqualification!

However, you can search for a suitable scholarship then inform her to apply on her own.
