Scholarship and Financial Aid.

Hello am currently in my fourth year doing law in private university in Kenya graduating in July 2015. My question is, I intend to undertake my masters(MA) in Security and Diplomacy in September next year but I am financially challenged. Can I get fully funded scholarship to the country from other countries as Israel.
