SBM Bank Manager - Corporate Treasury Jobs in Kenya; The overall job purpose is to ensure management of the corporate dealing and sales 6function within the department, as well as coordinate branch sales activities with a view of ensuring that the corporate dealing budget is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic planning for marketing FX products

Execute the bank’s FX strategy through branches

Coordinate corporate dealer meetings with clients

Handle day-to-day treasury-related queries from branches and clients

Manage and supervise corporate dealers to ensure proactive execution of call reports

Deputize the Head of Treasury and assist in managing, coaching, and developing a high-performance team

Key Relationships

Direct Reporting Line: General Manager Corporate Treasury

Customers: All external FX customers and all branches

Competencies Required

Dynamic, analytical, and self-driven individual able to work under pressure

Passion for performance, teamwork, and achievement in a competitive environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Thorough understanding of Forex procedures and practices

Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff

Excellent leadership, organizational, and planning skills

Problem Solving

Ability to identify customer needs/problems and offer effective solutions quickly

Support arbitration of branch Forex-related issues with Branch Managers and ABMs

Management of the dealing room
