Introduction

Savvy Management Consult Ltd seeks to recruit a Public Relations/Customer Service Executive for our client Association of Insurance Broker of Kenya.

Minimum Requirements

The suitable candidate should have at least three (3) years’ experience an Advertising Agency or Media and worked for clients in the Insurance Industry.

Job Specification

Key Duties:

Ensure membership renewal and active participation with occasional visit to member offices.

Establish new avenues for revenue generation through organizing events including golf-tournaments, collaborating with stakeholders to participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, expos and galas in liaison with the CEO.

Work with other stakeholders for continuous training of the members and create affiliations with other regional bodies.

In liaison with the CEO, steer the development of the Association Strategic Plan and create public awareness.

Create calendar of events and awareness among members in good time through various avenues including newsletter.

Follow up on branding mechandize for all Association events and ensure designing and timely deliveries.

Embrace interactive digital /social media platforms for communication with members and all stakeholders for effective sharing of information and Association activities.

Work with CEO to identify and appoint business partners for delivery of services at various levels including event managers, travel agents among others.

Coordinating monthly breakfast meetings in conjunction with the CEO.

Gathering of market intelligence on emerging issues in the insurance industry and taking appropriate action

Terms of Contract

A contract of twelve (12) months, renewable depending on performance. Attractive salary with other allowance including medical, travel and telephone.
