Principal Accountabilities
Financial Analysis & Cost Modelling
Drive comprehensive financial analysis of organisational cost structures.
Develop cost‑driver models and scenario analyses to identify inefficiencies and validate assumptions.
Cost Baselines & Benchmarks
Build robust current and future‑state cost baselines.
Conduct comparative analysis across functions and geographies to identify scalable efficiencies.
Benefits Realisation & Savings Validation
Develop and maintain benefits realisation methodologies and savings validation frameworks.
Track and independently assure delivery of cost savings against efficiency targets.
Transformation Finance Support
Partner with workstream leads to evaluate operating models.
Provide financial insight into redesign, simplification and digital enablement initiatives.
Support investment rationales and business case development.
Financial Governance & Reporting
Produce dashboards, executive summaries and performance reports for leadership.
Identify financial risks, dependencies and emerging issues.
KPI & Performance Frameworks
Support design and implementation of KPI frameworks and efficiency indicators.
Ensure milestones and targets are measurable and aligned to strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with senior finance, operations, HR and programme stakeholders.
Translate complex analysis into actionable insights for non‑financial audiences.
Service Delivery Cost Optimisation
Assess financial implications of operational redesign initiatives.
Support simplification and standardisation of service delivery models.
Alignment Across Workstreams
Collaborate with Finance Transformation and Enterprise Analytics teams.
Ensure coherent and integrated financial intelligence across the programme.
Financial Discipline & Decision‑Making
Promote financial accountability and data‑driven decision‑making.
Build financial literacy among non‑finance stakeholders.
Experience & Skills
Essential
Extensive track record in financial leadership within large‑scale transformation programmes.
Experience in complex INGOs,
federated organisations or multinational matrix environments.
Proven ability to design and apply sophisticated financial models and scenario planning.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on analysis capability.
Experience developing benefits realisation frameworks and savings validation methodologies.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across geographies.
Knowledge of cost management, support function efficiency and service delivery redesign.
Exceptional communication and financial storytelling skills.
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
Experience supporting ERP transformation or financial systems implementations.
Desirable
Experience embedding financial governance in programmes exceeding USD 50M scope.
Experience across headquarters/global teams and decentralised country operations.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or operational excellence methodologies.
Exposure to enterprise analytics, AI‑enabled modelling or intelligent automation.
Education & Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
Desirable
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
