Principal Accountabilities
Enterprise Business Analysis & Diagnostics
Conduct enterprise‑wide operational diagnostics to identify inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities.
Analyse support functions and Country Offices for structural duplication and non‑value‑adding activities.
Future‑State Process & Operating Model Design
Lead current and future‑state process mapping using BPMN and industry standards.
Develop transformation artefacts including process maps, service catalogues, RACI frameworks and governance models.
Requirements Engineering & Solution Design
Elicit, analyse and validate complex business requirements.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable solution requirements, roadmaps and documentation.
Cost Analytics & Efficiency Assessment
Assess staffing structures, PSC allocations and operational expenditures.
Develop LOE models, benchmarking analyses and efficiency baselines.
Benefits Realisation & Performance Tracking
Partner with Finance, HR and Operations to validate savings assumptions.
Establish frameworks for tracking efficiency and transformation outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
Facilitate workshops and design sessions to drive consensus across stakeholders.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Digital Enablement & Automation
Collaborate with technology and ERP teams to assess automation opportunities.
Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
Programme Governance & Delivery Coordination
Support Project Lead in coordinating workstreams and managing dependencies.
Maintain RAID logs, decision registers and documentation repositories.
Reporting & Communication
Produce executive presentations, comms packs and analysis summaries.
Contribute to dashboards and performance monitoring for governance forums.
Risk Management & Organisational Readiness
Identify and escalate transformation risks and blockers.
Support change impact assessments and transition readiness activities.
Experience & Skills
Essential
Progressive experience in Business Analysis, Enterprise Transformation or Operational Excellence.
Proven track record in
large‑scale transformation programmes within INGOs or global organisations.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and executives.
Strong expertise in operating model design, BPMN, requirements engineering and stakeholder management.
Understanding of NGO operating models, donor compliance and shared services.
Experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives (Oracle, Unit4, SAP or equivalent).
Strong analytical capability interpreting complex operational and financial data.
Ability to deliver in ambiguous, politically sensitive and fast‑changing environments.
Desirable
Experience across headquarters/global teams and decentralised Country Offices.
Certification or knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC or continuous improvement.
Exposure to enterprise analytics, AI‑enabled optimisation or intelligent automation.
Experience in shared services design and service catalogue frameworks.
Education & Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional – IIBA) or PMI‑PBA certification.
Lean Six Sigma and BPMN 2.0 certification or formal process modelling training.
Desirable
MBA or MSc in Finance, Business Analytics, Strategy or Management Science.
