Principal Accountabilities
Lead Cost Optimisation Project & Adoption
Design, plan and deliver the Cost Optimisation Project aligned with strategic, operational and financial objectives.
Develop and maintain a phased, multi‑year transformation roadmap with prioritised initiatives and milestones.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
Drive organisational change, stakeholder adoption and embed a culture of operational excellence.
Efficiency Opportunities
Identify, prioritise and implement enterprise‑wide efficiency opportunities across functions and geographies.
Cost Optimisation & Benefits Realisation
Establish baselines, analyse current/future state and ensure delivery, tracking and sustainability of cost savings.
Provide structured reporting to senior stakeholders.
Service Delivery Efficiency
Simplify, standardise and optimise service delivery models across functions.
Programme Governance & Delivery
Establish governance structures, oversee workstreams, manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate alignment and collaboration across senior stakeholders and geographies.
Digital Solutions & Analytics
Promote AI, automation, analytics and digital technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Risk & Change Management
Proactively manage programme risks, issues and organisational impacts.
Ensure adoption of new ways of working.
Continuous Improvement Culture
Foster innovation, accountability and embed efficiency initiatives into long‑term practices.
Experience & Skills
Essential
Extensive track record leading large‑scale organisational transformation and redesign.
Experience in complex INGOs, federated organisations or multinational matrix environments.
Proven ability to design and implement enterprise‑wide operating model and service delivery redesign.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on analysis capability.
Experience
engaging and influencing executive leadership, global functional leaders and senior stakeholders.
Ability to lead in ambiguous, politically sensitive and rapidly changing environments.
Knowledge of operating model design, shared services, process harmonisation, workforce optimisation and finance transformation.
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics and digital transformation.
Desirable
Experience leading global transformation programmes exceeding USD 100M scope.
Experience across headquarters/global teams and decentralised country operations.
Experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives.
Lean Six Sigma or operational excellence methodologies.
Exposure to enterprise analytics, AI‑enabled transformation or intelligent automation.
Education & Qualifications
Essential
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Organisational Development, Strategy, Operations or related field.
Desirable
Professional certification in Programme Management, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma or Organisational Design.
