The CFO oversees the Company’s financial resources while ensuring appropriate segregation between operational funds and customer funds held in Trust Accounts. The role ensures accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, Bank of Uganda regulations, the National Payment Systems framework, and internal financial policies.
