Advanced analytical capability, including demand forecasting and pricing strategy development.
Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, including OTAs, GDS, and CRS platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage both rooms and MICE/event revenue streams successfully.
Excellent negotiation, judgment, and decision‑making skills.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in Revenue Management, ideally within a resort or large‑scale hospitality operation.
Proven experience managing both rooms and banquet/conference revenue streams.
Hands‑on familiarity with revenue systems, including RMS, PMS, and channel managers.
