  • Advanced analytical capability, including demand forecasting and pricing strategy development.

  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, including OTAs, GDS, and CRS platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage both rooms and MICE/event revenue streams successfully.

  • Excellent negotiation, judgment, and decision‑making skills.

    What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Revenue Management, ideally within a resort or large‑scale hospitality operation.

  • Proven experience managing both rooms and banquet/conference revenue streams.

  • Hands‑on familiarity with revenue systems, including RMS, PMS, and channel managers.
