Samburu County Government Administration Officer III (Protocol Officer III) Jobs in Kenya
Responsibilities Organizing and coordinating Official events.
Preparing Guest lists and seating arrangements.
Coordinating arrangements for press coverage of Official functions.
Facilitating linkages with other Institutions and Organizations.
Ensuring efficient and effective communication with Stakeholders and Visitors to the Office of the Governor and/or County Government.
Ensuring proper etiquette for Official engagements;
Identify security risks and create safety plans.
Make and send invitations.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to tíme by the Head of Protocol.
Requirements
Certificate in any of the following fields: - Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration or any other equivalent qualification from a University recognized in Kenya.
Certificate in Computer application from a recognized Institution.
