Job Purpose

This position is responsible for provision of messengerial, cleanliness and catering services to
facilitate seamless operations in the Commission.

Key Responsibilities/ Duties / Tasks

Operational Responsibilities / Tasks

Clean and arrange the offices daily;

Prepare and serve refreshments;

Dispatch mails to the post office and other destinations;

Arrange boardroom for meetings that are scheduled to take place;

Distribute internal mails to officers as marked to respective offices;

Requisition snacks and refreshments;

Load and off load packages for office use;

Carry out office logistical duties;

Photocopy, bind and shred documents;

Keep inventory of kitchen utensils and advice on restocking; and

Open and close offices to ensure security.

Working Conditions

Office and kitchen setup.

Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills)

Academic Qualifications

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean Grade D- (minus) or equivalent.

Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies

Valid Certificate in food handling.

Computer Knowledge will be an added advantage

Previous relevant work experience required.
