The purpose of this role is to support the sales enablement function with soft skills, especially around product training and the onboarding program framework. The role focuses on strengthening functional capability across the sales organisation but also within a specific regional domain.


By close partnering and consulting this role will bring a greater understanding to the function of the critical capabilities it needs to strategically build and strengthen so that a level of performance is achieved, and results achieved. The role will combine strong consulting with excellent training delivery.


Responsibilities


  • Support the Sales onboarding team through content development, coaching and facilitation skills.
  • Development of the product training curriculum, establishment of assessments and certifications, and develop trainings that drive higher levels of capability.
  • Coach and support functional leads as and where required
  • Work with the functional leads to build development programs that evidence value in approach and outcome. Write proposals and successively gain funding to support development where required ‘year
    on year’.
  • Support manager coaching programs in region
    Support the sales communications and sales content portal
  • Build innovative ways to increasing learning whilst driving down development costs and reliance on traditional training services.
  • Build development pathways (vertical and horizontal) that facilitate career progression and talent development in Function
  • Support and lead core training programmes within region, i.e. Leadership and Sales development.


    Requirements


  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Learning & Development and or Consultancy
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and training skills with small and large groups
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent English.
  • Proven track record of performance consulting. Aligning capabilities to deliver strategy, identifying capabilities and required levels, addressing gaps and evaluating impact.
  • Experience working in matrix-organisations and used to working in a global organisation and dealing with different cultures and time zones
  • Excellent consulting skills in theory, content design, delivery and facilitation as well as evaluation at all levels
  • Experience in building strong partnering relationships with the business
  • Experience of working internationally
  • Ability to adapt style to different audiences and cultural differences and influence where appropriate
  • European languages (German, Spanish, French) an advantage
    Technical / professional qualifications:
    Instructional Design certification or L&D degree preferred
  • Proven experience of using technology effectively to drive and support learning solutions
  • Key performance indicators: (3-5 Max)
  • Cost of Training per FTE
  • Hours of Training per FTE
