Safari Park Hotel Landscaping Supervisor Jobs in Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain the organization’s landscape and gardens.

Supervise a medium-sized contracted workforce.

Liaise with the hotel’s contracted landscaper to ensure proper management of the landscaping section.

Ensure effective control of pests, rodents, and insects in the organization.

Maintain and improve the organization’s trees, indoor plants, flowers, nursery, gardens, and lawns.

Qualifications and Requirements

Aged between 28 – 40 years.

University degree in Agricultural or Horticultural Studies, or equivalent.

At least five (5) years relevant experience, three (3) of which should be at managerial level.

Computer literate and able to manage information.

Previous work experience in a hospitality setup is an added advantage.

Ability to work without supervision and achieve goals beyond minimum set standards.
