S. Lloyd Nigeria Limited Machine Operator Jobs


Job Description

  • Performing necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper machine start up

  • Operating machine independently in line with SOPs.

  • Monitoring the operation of production machines in order to ensure smooth and continuous flow of production.

  • Implementing the production plan as laid out in the production schedule.

  • Providing information on line stoppages and faults prior to Planned Preventive Maintenance.

  • Maintaining good health of the machine and upkeep of the surrounding.

  • Participating in trouble shooting and repairing of any faulty ,machine;

  • Communicating with team members and supporting teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials;

  • Housekeeping and sanitation;

  • Carrying out other duties as may be assigned by management periodically.

    Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field;

  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment;

  • Ability to adhere to strict quality standards;

  • Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships;

  • Knowledge of Safety legislation relating to Process and packaging equipment;

  • Should have good knowledge of machine operation;

  • Troubleshooting skills;

  • Problem solving skills;

  • Must be residing or willing
    to relocate to Odighi Community in Edo State.
