Job Description

  • Develop Memorandum of Understanding/Agreements regarding the Institution and other Partners:

  • Work as the Liaison with the development partners and stakeholders for the institutions;

  • Liaison with the International and national Organisations and establish the possibility of membership for RISA and the necessary requirements;

  • Develop the proposals and concept notes on projects and programmes;

  • Carry out the mobilisation of resources/funds to finance the institutions’ projects;

  • Drafting the legal texts regarding the institution and deliver legal opinions argued on the texts of laws, instructions, regulations and procedures;

  • Draft and analyze the Memorandum of Understanding and Bilateral Agreement between RISA and other organisations;

  • Produce information memorandum for users on the decisions of authorities;

  • Providing legal advice on institutional matters to ensure their compliance with applicable laws, instructions, regulations and procedures;

  • Facilitate the interpretation of applicable laws, instructions, regulations and procedures;

  • Monitor the implementation of applicable laws, instructions, regulations and procedures.

  • Advise management on possible litigation risks and contribute to find solutions to avoid litigation.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Law
