GIS Operations
6. Perform field and officev inventory in gall necessary data regarding electricity infrastuctures and collecting/ depicting data using GPS or other equipmEnt as may be needed from time to time
7. Review and make routine Interpretations of data sources and use basic GIS soft ware functions to enter,edit and update GIS spatial data,includingpoints,lineandpolygons,andattributedataintodatabasesorlayers,followi1gstandard procedures.

8. Generate standard GIS poducts includingmaps, shape files,graphics, tables and reports to meet specific customerrequ irements.

Provide expertise to ECCL staff, engineers, planners, and developers regarding GIS information, such asasset locations, flood plain information, remote sensing and other related needs.

[Bachelor's degree in Geogrphy, Geographic Information Systems(GIS),Cartography,Geo-in rmation Science and earth observation or a closely related field

• Atleast 5years of related GIS practical experience; or equivalent combination of education index periential skills.

• Master's degree in Geography, Geographic Information Systems
(GIS),Cartography ,Geo-in

Atleast3year of related GS practical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experiential skills.

Additional skills

• Proficiency in lOx(Desktop, Server, Multiuser Database) with extensons Network Analyst, 3DAnalyst, and Spatial Analystas welas Arc Pad,Survey 123 or Terra Sync;Arc GIS Online, Java sript, Enterprise Geodatabase (SOE)design and maintenance, etc

• Experience working with geospatial data,especially imagery (satellite, aerial, UAV, a dothers), and familiarity with identifying objects remote sensing data

• Knowledge able of GIS of ware and technology and should be able to works in conjuction with CAD drafters and
technicians
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions; independntely and cooperatively solve problems and develop alternativ s;

• Basic knowledge of I an development processes and underst anding of planing, zoning, and land development code standards.
