Responsibilities / Deliverables / Outcome

Weekly Health Check Call

Trendsetters Engagement via Calls, Emails, SMS

Inactive Customers Engagement

Prospective Customers Engagement

Customer Database Management

Customer Satisfaction Telephone Survey & Feedback Reporting

Store support and attend to store enquiries

Confirmation of store credit usage

Telemarketing - Communication of ongoing offers/promotions

Telesales – Conversion to Sales through telephone engagement

Customer Enquiries Management

Engaging on Loyalty Programme.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years work experience.
