Rosabon Financial Services Salary Loan Sales Team Lead Jobs in Nigeria; Are you a strategic, target-driven sales leader with a passion for financial products and people development? We're looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Asset Creation team and drive growth in consumer lending while building meaningful customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

Lead and grow a high-performing sales team across public and private sectors.

Drive loan disbursements and optimize credit balance inflow for operational efficiency.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and a robust client pipeline.

Conduct performance analytics to inform product and process improvements.

Mentor and motivate your team to consistently exceed targets and KPIs.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 5+ years of experience in sales/marketing of consumer lending products.

Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Have a proven track record of exceeding targets and building successful sales teams.

Are a strong communicator with sharp analytical and organizational skills.

Possess a Bachelor's degree (Postgrad or professional certifications are a plus).
