Job Description

Duties and responsibilities at this level will involve examine, diagnose and treat diseases and
injuries; order medical tests and interpret the results; refer patients for investigation or specialist attention; provide health; provide professional guidance and advice to fellow staff to maintain standards and health services and conduct special clinic.

Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to the grade, one must have:-

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBchB) from a recognized institution.

At least two (2) years post internship.

Valid registration certificate from Medical Practitioner and Dentist Board.

Evidence of continuing professional development.

Valid practicing license
