Job Description

Duties and responsibilities will involve; prepare weekly surveillance reports; prepare monthly
reports; collect, prepare and perform laboratory; verify, record and report laboratory results on all performed tests; maintain cleanliness of laboratory equipment to ensure equipment are in good working condition; perform quality control on all lab reagents to ensure accurate results and
prepare lab reagents to be used in laboratory tests

Job Specification for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, candidates must have:-

Successfully completed three (3) year pre-service training in a recognized institution.

Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology

Be registered with the Kenya medical laboratory technicians and technologists board

With valid practicing license

At least three (3) years post qualification working experience.
